Cookie Preferences

Last updated: 18 October 2025

This page explains cookies and similar technologies associated with flosn.com and how you can manage them. The website is operated by Flosn Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. (“FLOSN”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Current controls: This page provides cookie information and browser-based control instructions. It does not currently provide an on-page cookie preference panel or category selection switches.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Do

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Related technologies, such as session storage and local storage, can also store information on a device. They can support website functions, remember choices or record information about a visit.

First-party cookies are associated with the website you visit. Third-party cookies are associated with another provider, such as an embedded map service. Their operation can depend on your browser, sign-in status and settings.

2. Website Functions and Browser Storage

Our website uses WordPress, WooCommerce and supporting website components. Features such as session handling, language presentation, security and display compatibility can involve cookies or browser storage, depending on the feature used.

For example, WordPress uses a session-storage entry named wpEmojiSettingsSupports to remember a browser display-compatibility check. This is browser storage rather than a cookie.

Administrative sign-in functions may also use authentication cookies. These are distinct from cookies associated with an ordinary visitor browsing product information.

3. Traffic-Source and Order Attribution

The website currently loads WooCommerce order-attribution technology. This feature can use first-party cookies to record how a visit originated, including referral and campaign information, entry pages and session activity. It is not required simply to read product information or email FLOSN.

Cookies associated with this feature include sbjs_session, sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata and sbjs_migrations.

These support attribution and technical session handling. The default sbjs_session duration is approximately 30 minutes; the other listed cookies are session-oriented. Actual expiry information can be viewed in your browser and may vary with configuration.

These attribution cookies should not be confused with cookies needed for a function you specifically request, such as signing in. Continuing to browse is not, by itself, consent to optional tracking.

4. Google Maps and External Websites

Our Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive technical information, including your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its settings and policies.

For details, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses cookies.

Following an external social-media or messaging link takes you to another service. That service’s own privacy and cookie policies apply there.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to:

  • Review and delete cookies and other site data associated with flosn.com.
  • Block or restrict cookies, including third-party cookies.
  • Set site-specific permissions where your browser supports them.
  • Clear stored site data or configure automatic clearing when you close the browser.

Deleting existing cookies does not necessarily prevent new ones from being set on a later visit. Blocking third-party cookies does not necessarily block first-party cookies or other browser storage. Your choices normally apply only to the browser and device where you make them.

Restricting cookies or site data can affect particular functions, including embedded content, remembered settings or sign-in. Browser cookie controls do not stop all information exchanged when a browser requests a webpage or external service.

If you have difficulty submitting an inquiry, you can contact us directly at info@flosn.com.

6. Personal Information and Updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, inquiries and privacy requests.

We may update this page when website technologies or available controls change. The update date appears above.
