In-Situ Visualization Supercritical Drying System

Model: SDS-IV

The primary feature of this series is an in situ camera system installed at the sample chamber viewing window to record the entire processing cycle. Fixed-magnification, true-color imaging or microscopic imaging can be configured to suit sample observation requirements.

Live monitoring and post-process video playback allow users to observe visible changes in samples during drying, investigate processing defects, and support root cause analysis, process optimization, and sample structure design evaluation. The system is particularly suited to semiconductor research, applications requiring microscopic observation, and the drying of extremely fragile or environmentally sensitive samples.

Product Features

1.Cleanroom and General Laboratory Configurations

Available in cleanroom-compatible and general laboratory versions to accommodate semiconductor samples, biological specimens, and other delicate materials.

2.Full-Cycle Video Recording

A camera positioned at the sample chamber viewing window records the processing cycle using fixed-magnification, true-color imaging.

3.Microscopic Imaging Option

An optional microscopic imaging system enables closer observation of semiconductor microstructures, biological specimens, and small sample features.

4.Real-Time Sample Observation

Live imaging allows users to observe visible changes in sample shape, dimensions, and structural integrity during processing.

5.Video Review and Root Cause Analysis

Recorded video supports investigation of visible cracking, deformation, or collapse, helping identify when defects occur and guide process or sample design improvements.
