Automated Solvent Flushing and Cleaning Module

Model: RSP-FC

The proposed FLOSN RSP-FC automates solvent selection, metered flushing and waste routing for compatible extraction lines, sample-transfer circuits and laboratory fluidic components. Three solvent positions and four selectable circuit connections support sequential cleaning recipes with pressure and waste-level monitoring. The module is intended for verified, depressurized host connections; cleanliness and carryover limits require application-specific validation.

6 FEATURES

Programmed Solvent Selection

Three reservoirs support primary wash, intermediate solvent and final rinse sequences.

Four Selectable Circuits

One metering pump serves four routes sequentially; flow is not divided across all circuits.

Pressure-Limited Flushing

Recipe limits and host permissives prevent a cleaning step from exceeding the qualified circuit limit.

Contained Waste Handling

A closed, safely vented receiver and secondary tray provide level and leak monitoring.

Traceable Cycle Records

Stores selected solvent, delivered volume, time, pressure and alarms for each route.

Validation-Ready Sampling

An optional return sample point supports residue-specific blank or rinse analysis.
