Yes. Our professional R&D team can customize pressure, temperature, volume, material, automation level and other parameters, and also provide turnkey solutions for special working conditions.
Q3: What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T telegraphic transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), Western Union and other common international trade payment methods. For regular orders, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q4: How do you ship the equipment, and do you provide on-site installation?
We support sea freight, air freight and international express. On-site installation, commissioning and operator training are available worldwide, with fees calculated separately based on project scope.
Q5: What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month free warranty for the whole machine. During the warranty period, non-artificially damaged parts are replaced free of charge. After warranty, we provide lifetime spare parts and technical support at cost price.
Q6: Do your products meet export certification requirements?
Our core pressure vessels comply with PED (EU) and ASME (US) pressure vessel standards, and the whole machine is CE certified, meeting import customs requirements of most countries and regions.
