What is the lead time for delivery?
Standard models are shipped within 7–15 working days after payment. For non-standard customized equipment, lead time is 30–60 working days depending on project complexity, subject to the contract.
Can you customize equipment according to our process requirements?
Yes. Our professional R&D team can customize pressure, temperature, volume, material, automation level and other parameters, and also provide turnkey solutions for special working conditions.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month free warranty for the whole machine. During the warranty period, non-artificially damaged parts are replaced free of charge. After warranty, we provide lifetime spare parts and technical support at cost price.
